Private outdoor balcony overlooking Fistral Beach for al fresco dining or watching the sun set with a glass of fizz.

The Apartment

The apartment is one of only seven in a modern, purpose built block, in an unrivalled position. It is located on the first floor with a private balcony providing panoramic views of Fistral Beach.

New Ownership

The apartment is under new ownership, and we would like to extend a very warm welcome to new and returning guests alike. We are very approachable, so please speak with us if you have any special requests, or wish to know more about the apartment.

Our Vision

We feel as though the location and views of 4 Fistral Beach sell themselves, but not content with that, we want the inside of the apartment to be equally as stunning as the outside and to that end the apartment is going through an ongoing process of refurbishment.

We have already made a number of changes that we think you’ll like, and rest assured any further changes we made will only improve this already superb apartment.

Allocated Parking

There is free parking for one vehicle on site

Internal Lift

The apartment is on the first floor, and there is a lift available to you from the ground floor.

Outside Shower

There is an outside shower you for you rinse off after you have been on the beach.

Surf Locker

There is a secure outside surf locker for you to store your surfing equipment.

Airbnb Review

We went with our dog and 2 teenage daughters. We loved every minute of our stay, so much so we have rebooked. Karen’s place is looking over Fistral Beach and this really is some beach. Once the tide goes out there is miles of sand. Surfers paradise! Little Fistral Beach is gorgeous too. Supermarkets are near, Newquay centre less than a 5 minute drive, 10 minute walk to the main beach restaurants. It was our favourite UK holiday ever and the apartment is perfect, clean & comfortable. Thanks again.
